Legal Grounds and Collection
Data is collected via the website form, WhatsApp, phone and email, based on KVKK Art. 5/2 (c) contract formation and performance, (ç) legal obligation, (f) legitimate interest, and your explicit consent where required. Special categories such as health data are processed only with your explicit consent and solely for referral purposes.
Transfers
Your data may be shared with partner healthcare facilities, accommodation providers, transfer and tour providers to deliver the service, and with competent authorities where legally required, in line with KVKK Art. 8 and 9.
Transfers Abroad
When you contact us via WhatsApp or email, your data is transmitted through these providers, whose servers may be located abroad. Transfers abroad are made under the safeguards set out in KVKK Art. 9 and the related regulation (adequacy decision, standard contracts, etc.).
Retention
Your data is kept for as long as the purpose requires and for the limitation periods set by law, after which it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
Your Rights
